Job Responsibilities
As an Administrative Assistant, your responsibilities include:
- Managing daily office operations and administrative functions
- Handling incoming calls, emails and other communications
- Assisting other departments with administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or Diploma holder
- At least 3 years work experience in office administration
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Fluent written and verbal communication in Bahasa Melayu and English. Additional knowledge of Chinese is an advantage
