Job Responsibilities

As an Administrative Assistant, your responsibilities include:

  1. Managing daily office operations and administrative functions
  2. Handling incoming calls, emails and other communications
  3. Assisting other departments with administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
  1. Minimum SPM or Diploma holder
  2. At least 3 years work experience in office administration
  3. Good organisational and time management skills
  4. Fluent written and verbal communication in Bahasa Melayu and English. Additional knowledge of Chinese is an advantage
