Job Responsibilities

As an Interior Designer, your responsibilities include:

  1. Participate in the entire project process with detailed layout plans and 3D drawings that accurately reflect the project requirements and specifications.
  2. To attend site meetings to discuss project updates, address any concerns, and collaborate with other stakeholders involved in the project.
  3. Conduct thorough inspections of project sites to assess progress, identify any discrepancies, and ensure adherence to design specifications.
  4. Incorporate feedback and suggestions from Senior Interior Designers or Team Leaders to refine and improve design concepts.
  1. Responsible for liaising with contractors to oversee the execution of design plans, ensuring that work is completed according to specifications and meets the highest standards of quality.
  2. Reporting project progress, regular updates and any issues encountered during weekly or monthly team meetings to ID Project Leader/HOD.
  3. Take on additional ad-hoc interior design duties or projects as assigned by the Project/Team Leader or Management, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to contribute to the team’s success.
Requirements:
  1. Candidate must possess at least a Minimum Diploma/Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
  2. Minimum 3-5 years working experience of experience in Architectural or Interior Design, including consultations, renovations, space planning, and new constructions.
  3. Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.
  4. Proficiency in space planning, design, material specifications & technical details.
  5. Demonstrating effective time management skills and a dedicated focus on achieving results effectively.
  6. Strong decision-making abilities, responsibility, presentation skills, commitment, and self-motivation.
