Interior Designer

As an Interior Designer, your responsibilities include:

Develop creative and functional interior design concepts according to clients’ requirements.
Prepare mood boards, space planning, layouts, 3D visualisations, and presentation drawings.
Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and material selections.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project teams.
Attend site visits and monitor design implementation to ensure the work meets the approved design.
Assist in material, furniture, fixture, and finish selections.
Ensure projects are completed according to the agreed design, timeline, and quality standards.
Handle multiple projects and provide design solutions when required.
Perform other design-related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in interior design or a related industry.
Good knowledge of space planning, materials, finishes, and interior design principles.
Creative, detail-oriented, and able to develop practical design solutions.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
To attend site visits and coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
Good time management and able to meet project deadlines.
Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
