Located at Lebuh Tengku Kudin 1, Bayswater condominium is just minutes away from Jelutong township and share the equal distance between Georgetown and Penang International Airport. Its is strategically located beside the hypermarket of Tesco Penang and a commercial building of E-Gate.

In order to further enrich the concept of urban living, a metaphor of ‘barcode’ design is being introduced as a primary design approach. This barcode approach is representing the various combinations of stripes that are holding the key to urban living with advance technology in term of electrical, materials, home systems as well as the connection of human being with the nature.

Plan view towards the strong use of ‘barcode’ design as a primary design approach to every element on either softscape or hardscape.

Ball shape water spout pointed with striking red color act as an interesting element to the swimming pool.

With proper planning to create a lush landscape and privacy for the BBQ area, compliments by softscape and well planned materials selection.

Stainless steel wire strings to create a unique design detail for the feature arch.

‘Twin Happiness’ aqueduct: the plan view towards a pair of 4 metre aqueduct which symbolized ‘twin happiness’ was built as an icon surrounded by Schizolobium parahyba to further its definition.

The sound created from the water flowing down the edge of the twin aqueduct added the excitement and liveliness of the entire courtyard.

Two major level linking the cascading water feature and staircase further enhance the concept of this project.

48-meter length swimming pool with the use of dark colour mosaic as base and light blue and white colour mosaic in striped lines.

Children’s playground and exercise equipment with vibrant colours creating a joyful urban play for adults and children alike.

Playground facilities for family outdoor activities and bonding time.
