A dual key concept that integrates commercial and residential infrastructures, easing into the inner ring of Kuala Lumpur’s burgeoning urbanity and CBD (Central Business District). The building’s architectural facade screen was defined by a characteristic system of aluminium frame structures reminiscent of a piece of jewellery, an interlocking golden chain surrounded by the radiant beauty of the landscape.

The sky at dusk against the Pool Lounge on Level 47 creates the illusion of a luminous landscape that merges with the Kuala Lumpur skyline.

The Pool Lounge has a hydrotherapy pool, a hot and a cold whirlpool, and the atmosphere is restful; an ideal place to relax and watch the sunset as dusk falls while enjoying a transcendental feeling in no time after a therapeutic hydro-massage.

With unobstructed views of the city of Kuala Lumpur from the pool on Level 47, the integration of the building’s pool tile design and facade cladding creates a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces, landscape elements and architectural components.

Fine detailing and careful consideration of soft, linear light contribute to a relaxing atmosphere ideal for a wellness retreat. Light reflects and bounces off the black mosaic tiles to add warmth and accentuate the depth of the hydrotherapy pool, hot and cold Jacuzzis for seclusion and transcendental pleasure.

The design of the pool tiles reflects the building’s facade screen and the striking design elements of the chain system that connects the building and the landscape to create a dazzling pool.

Admire the mesmerising view of the city of Kuala Lumpur from the 31.45-metre swimming pool on Level 47, which is interspersed with a mix of atmospheric ambience, textures and a colour palette of mosaic tiles in refreshing colour coordination of midnight black, azure blue and arctic blue.

The lower fold of the spillway is covered with bright scarlet mosaic tiles that captured the public’s imagination and were also significant to the building project ‘Scarletz’.

The Pool Lounge explores a range of materiality including exposed aggregate granite chippings for the pool deck, climbing plants such as Vernonia elliptica and forms of triangular geometries to create an immersive, sculptural, and textural spatial relationship.

Take a look at the Pool Lounge, which adds to the splendour of the development with its magnificent waterscape, and enjoy a cool dip with a breathtaking view of the city.

The Sunken Lawn on Level 8 remains predominantly open to the sky and offers a green and vibrant landscape towards the street. Trees planted along the parapet walls provide shade and thermal comfort. Meanwhile, the specification of planting with native plants ensures maximum adaptation to the local climate with minimal maintenance. They create a communal space with a fluid spatial planning for the garden and amenities such as a playground for children, a swing and cosy lounge areas that cater to different groups and zones.

The luminous aura of nighttime lighting, immersion in the lush natural beauty of landscape elements, and impeccable detailing contribute to Sunken Lawn’s captivating nighttime experience, defining an inviting space as night falls.

The Glitter Garden is brilliantly curated to incorporate multi-dimensional elements, materiality, seamless planting, lighting, signage and use of space into the adjacent passageway and pedestrian areas

Wayfinding signages help visitors find their way and immerse themselves in the surroundings of the lushly landscaped garden, and the perforated panels glitter like a galaxy as the light permeates, creating a dynamic, energetic transitional passage.

Yellow road paint colour and concretes for visual aesthetics enhance car park design and enable efficient traffic flow.

Concrete paving stones on the lawn, deliberately laid randomly yet interestingly, attractively enhance the green space.

Soft landscape lighting in a well thought-out selection for the active and passive zones.
