A dual key concept that integrates commercial and residential infrastructures, easing into the inner ring of Kuala Lumpur’s burgeoning urbanity and CBD (Central Business District). Fine detailing and careful consideration of soft, linear light contribute to a relaxing atmosphere ideal for a wellness retreat. Light reflects and bounces off the black mosaic tiles to add warmth and accentuate the depth of the hydrotherapy pool, hot and cold Jacuzzis for seclusion and transcendental pleasure.

The design of the pool tiles reflects the building’s facade screen and the striking design elements of the chain system that connects the building and the landscape to create a dazzling pool.

Admire the mesmerising view of the city of Kuala Lumpur from the 31.45-metre swimming pool on Level 47, which is interspersed with a mix of atmospheric ambience, textures and a colour palette of mosaic tiles in refreshing colour coordination of midnight black, azure blue and arctic blue.

The lower fold of the spillway is covered with bright scarlet mosaic tiles that captured the public’s imagination and were also significant to the building project ‘Scarletz’.

POOL DECK
The Pool Lounge explores a range of materiality including exposed aggregate granite chippings for the pool deck, climbing plants such as Vernonia elliptica and forms of triangular geometries to create an immersive, sculptural, and textural spatial relationship.

Take a look at the Pool Lounge, which adds to the splendour of the development with its magnificent waterscape, and enjoy a cool dip with a breathtaking view of the city.

LEVEL 8 SUNKEN LAWN
The Sunken Lawn on Level 8 remains predominantly open to the sky and offers a green and vibrant landscape towards the street. Trees planted along the parapet walls provide shade and thermal comfort. Meanwhile, the specification of planting with native plants ensures maximum adaptation to the local climate with minimal maintenance. They create a communal space with a fluid spatial planning for the garden and amenities such as a playground for children, a swing and cosy lounge areas that cater to different groups and zones.

PEARL PAVILION
The luminous aura of nighttime lighting, immersion in the lush natural beauty of landscape elements, and impeccable detailing contribute to Sunken Lawn’s captivating nighttime experience, defining an inviting space as night falls.
