Job Responsibilities
As a Landscape Architect, your main responsibilities include:
- Participate in the entire project process to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of design intentions.
- Responsibilities will include site analysis & research, design conceptualisation, detail development & coordination, undertaking the tender process, contract monitoring, cost control, quality assurance and timely delivery.
- Assist the team in presenting design intentions, selection of materials and cost estimating from the conceptual design stage to design development.
- Attend regular site meetings with relevant consultants, clients, contractors and site personnel to resolve project related and technical issues, including outstation, nurseries, site visits etc.
- Reporting on project progress updates, issues encountered and effective project planning fortnightly or monthly team meetings to immediate superior/HOD.
- Undertake additional ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned by the project/team leader or management, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute to the success of the team.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree/Postgraduate Degree/Professional Degree in Landscape Architecture or equivalent.
- Preferably 3-5 Years or more professional experience in the field of Landscape Architecture.
- Responsible, hardworking, independent, with good communication skills and self-motivation
- Creative mindset and the ability to develop fresh,
compelling ideas.
