A freehold residential development comprising 2-block of condominium towers and 14 units of 3.5-storey villas built on a podium in Relau, Penang by Iconic Development.
Our design concept is ‘Prestige Above Distinct Horizon – pure pleasure above all’. A connection mediates between the simple pleasures and exceptional living, while the green oasis frames the views and connects city dwellers to the natural world.
Iconic Skies celebrates the integration of beauty and practicality. Emphasized how users experience and navigate space while exploring the design essence of balancing forms and functions through the unique perspective of humans, nature and space.
‘Grandeur Entrance’ is the most iconic feature of the development with its grand entrance, soaring curvaceous structural arch and magnificent stone water feature.

The ‘Family Pavilion’ is a shaded and canopy-covered structure that provides a secluded area for family gatherings and relaxation.

The perforated panel reflects the joy of exploring the fundamental aspects of design elements.
A stunning floating structure suspended from the ceiling forms the focal point of the podium area, conjuring up a world of seclusion and intimacy.
The prominent structure is considerately and intentionally unexposed, creating a visual presentation of floating between the endless azure sky above and the reflective pond below.
The ‘Giant Chess Game’ on the open lawn was to bring surprises and to create curiosity, to bring the joy of discovering to the residents and a perfect place for hanging out while forging the spirit of community all within a green space.

Community amenities include a shelter for outdoor dining and barbecue facilities with bar stools.
The Jacuzzi is strategically placed at the edge of Level 20 Sky Veranda, connecting its water surface visually with the skyline and city view below.
For the best view of the sunset, flop onto the daybed by the pool in the Sky Lounge on level 20.
