Two zones were carefully designed as a ‘Ground Paradise Landscape’ focusing more on the inspiration of birds’ habitats and eating methods, before flying freely towards the ‘Sky Paradise Landscape’. The enchanting landscape of foot paths surrounded by nature and birds chirping filling our ears makes the whole area so calm and relaxing.

From 9.8-acre of entire land area, 6.4-acre are widely using Cymbopogon citratus and herb species at the terrace area to meet the Green Building Index (GBI) Gold Certificate standards. By providing a generous amount of green space reaching up to 47% that covered by native trees and greeneries, while 3.4-acre land is preserve as their natural hill.
