Cantara Residences is a serviced apartment composed of four residential blocks and a bridge that links the blocks together. It is designed to provide the ideal living environment to the current hectic schedules and busy lifestyle by having an integrated living landscape on podium and sky bridge.

The podium deck located on 6th floor is strategically planned as a green sanctuary draped with lush greeneries and facilities, evoking the ambiance of an urban forest in the development itself. Both east and west deck is formed with change of level indirectly creating hierarchy and unique walking experience.

Cantara Residences is designed with wide range of leisure on podium and skybridge landscape.

Ground floor linear garden as the retail shoplots frontage serving an integrated socializing space and enhancing the visual impact.

Facility deck is designed with quartz stone finished swimming pool surrounded by variety planting species allowing a harmony living with nature.

Nestled between the four residential blocks, the podium facilities are tucked into lush landscaping of the forest walk, leaving a serene ambiance draped in forest planting palette. The design intent was to provide an environment and experience close to nature, as well as place of reflection, recreation and retreat for the residents.

Layers of structural planting were designed by the poolside to create a strong visual impact.

A forest of indigenous plantings leads residents to and fro the East and West decks of the facility podium through various outdoor areas and semi-sheltered pavilions providing alternative activity areas.

The landscape podium was designed to define and portray the intricate details of nature, as if the entire development is a reflection of nature.

West pavilion : Each pavilion is designed with movable screening panels with hollow sections and perforated mesh to give a sense of privacy for those who’s utilizing the area.

East deck is provided with a dry playground composed of explorer dome play structure and several other elements.

Wet playground composed of rabbit burrow and aquadomes is placed beside wading pool for maximization of space.

Few outdoor gym stations were tucked in between planters at level 18, top of bridge facing easy and west view.
