HIGH-RISE DEVELOPMENT

Location: Old Klang Road, Bedford Business Park, Kuala Lumpur.
Completion Year: 2025
Site Area: 2.63 Acres

D’Ivo Residences features a river-inspired landscape framework that interprets the River Source, Channel and Delta as spatial typologies across multiple levels. Planting zones represent upland, transitional and riverine ecologies, enhancing biodiversity and place identity. Creek Park provides a green arrival sequence while the Level 8 podium serves as the landscape core with forested pockets, communal water play and a coastal-influenced pool. Rooftop terraces continue the narrative with wellness spaces, edible planting and elevated views.

DELTA POOL
Inspired by the shifting waterways of river deltas, the pool’s gentle gradients and fluid edges frame a calm, serene podium landscape within its Klang River narrative.

SWIRL POOL, SHORE LOUNGE & ESTUARY BEDS
Spa-like curved jacuzzis, contoured estuary beds and shaded shore loungers create a restorative waterscape. Lush planting softens the terraces, enhancing tranquillity while framing elevated views and inviting quiet, river-inspired relaxation.

SHORE DECK & PEBBLE LOUNGE
Integrated, streamlined outdoor showers blend into the lush canopy as it matures while pebble seating introduces a natural form that enriches the spatial character and enhances visual interest across the podium.

RIVER HUT
Designed as a calming refuge, the River Hut fosters restorative moments with biophilic elements while its lattice structure encourages natural ventilation and maintains a cool, comfortable environment.

STREAM PLAYSCAPE & HALF-HOOP COURT
Revitalise compact pocket spaces into vibrant playscapes where layered greenery, a half-hoop court, fitness elements and family-friendly zones enhance ecological presence while supporting active, community-focused recreation.

CREEK PARK & SCULPTURAL SIGNAGE
Curved tyre-textured loops subtly spell D’Ivo complemented by the greenery of Creek Park. By day, it appears as a dynamic urban gesture; by night, it becomes a glowing focal point for the grand entrance.
