SkyVogue is conceived as a seamless continuum, integrating ecology, wellness and urban living from ground level to rooftop. Arrival is defined by a layered forest garden of undulating ground cover, mid-canopy trees, and gravel pathways that moderate the microclimate and enhance urban biodiversity while stainless-steel deer sculptures introduce subtle artistry.
The aquatic podium features a marble-edged infinity pool and planted islands that fuse water with skyline views. A double-height pergola promotes natural ventilation through louvred screens while rooftop terraces accommodate dining and herb cultivation complemented by a trellised corridor that creates an immersive botanical garden setting.
SKY GARDEN
The rooftop garden combines sky dining and a barbecue terrace within a lush, planted setting. Tall, fluted planters with canopy trees conceal service infrastructure, enrich the space with botanical character and define distinct social zones.
INFRASTRUCTURE IN GREEN VEIL
A trellis-lined alley camouflages service infrastructure behind a rigorously gridded white steel screen. Spanish moss (Tillandsia usneoides), requiring neither soil nor irrigation, cascades in dense, pendulous columns from the overhead lattice, bringing textural drama to the utilitarian corridor.
FAMILY POD
The double-ceilinged pergola pavilion frames sweeping views of the surrounding skyline with louvred screens that promote natural ventilation and draw breezes through the space. Layered planting softens the architectural components, while filtered daylight moves across the sheltered seating, casting shifting shadows that help to moderate heat and glare and create a calm retreat where minimalist materiality, abundant greenery and the cityscape coexist in harmony.
AQUATIC DECK & JACUZZI
Perched above the city, the aquatic deck forms a layered nexus where residents can experience water, nature and the skyline simultaneously within a carefully composed wellness landscape. Each spatial sequence is designed to encourage intimacy and wellbeing, expanding the sense of space within the constrained podium.
LAP POOL
A linear pool with marble-tiled infinity edges appears to dissolve into the horizon, while planter islands introduce lush greenery and sculptural water features encourage playful interaction.
WADING POOL
The water play area, with its playful forms and carefully designed landscape, balances sculptural fountain elements with dense vertical greenery, creating a shaded, cool microclimate while framing panoramic views of the city beyond.
FOREST GARDEN
On the ground floor, a layered forest garden frames the guardhouse and softens the building edge, linking it to the drop-off arrival. Undulating groundcover plantings, mid-canopy trees and gravel pathways foster a functional microclimate that moderates heat, filters particles and provides essential habitat for pollinators and birds. Geometric stainless-steel deer sculptures are nestled among Monstera and tropical understory planting as an aesthetic enhancement to the composed green infrastructure, enriching the everyday urban experience.
